RE:RE:I smell some sort of wealth tax comming I agree that tax on tax is theft.  

One of the good things that came out of the HST when it was created is that it eliminated the hidden takes - provincial tax on goods that was absorbed into the cost of a product and then taxed at the point of sale at what appeared to be a reasonable rate.  Meanwhile hiddin in there was another 4-6% tax.

We are killing entrepreneurialship in advanced economies with taxes.  

Don't get me started on where does my "investment" money go and what happens when the holders of my money go insolvent.  That is theft on a whole new level.
