Will the U.S. impose sanctions
Biden delivered a live message to Putin. The Russian ambassador to the US recalled to Russia with a hand delivered message. Russia is like Canada mostly oil. Will the U.S. impose sanctions to make benefit to North American production to create jobs?

Russia has already been under US sanctions since 2014, with their invasion and takeover of Crimea. The sanctions include measures against Russian banks and energy companies https://www.state.gov/ukraine-and-russia-sanctions/
