Now that we are no longer moving up in conjunction with the price of oil the big question will be how far and fast will the sp fall if the price of oil retreats.

the market I beleive  doesnt like the strategy the CEO and board implemented and hence why su is not moving ,  you are right , once price on oil starts to drop, there will be a huge exdous and drop in share price

stwatcher:  I would be interested to see where you got your data on how the short position has skyrocketed in the last 15 days.  I was able to find that the short position dropped by 4 million shares in September but I don't have anything more current.  I don't monitor short positions but I can see the value in doing so. TIA

That said, is there something up with SU in terms of some bad news coming in the 3Q report? Based on past experience, I would say that there is a high probability that there is
