Another step towards socialism. 

Free dental for those with an income under $90k.
More support for low income earners
More money for renewable energy

Thank goodness we have Alberta oil and gas to pay for it. 

Maybe some of that clean energy money will find its way into Carbon Capture in time for Canada and its only customer (the USA) to transform to solar/battery storage. 

Meanwhile, the deficit is expected to grow as a percentage of GDP etc.

From a personal point of view and in terms of my financial situation, the budget is of little concern.  I can't possibly spend the money I have in my remaining years on this earth and my 4 kids are all successful and don't need any of my money. BUT As a human being, I fear for the welfare of future generations with this mindless fixation on Government excessive spending and in so

My biggest fear is the old guberment looks at Mr Experenced and other people that have done well in life and decide that you dont need all that wealth you accuminated over the years and find a way of taking it.   Maybe just being parnoid

LOL. I think it is big enough. I'm now in the process of buying up the land around me as well, so I can have more space if I need it. I must point out again to those caught in the rut that there are many other wonderful exotic places in the world to live, like Thailand, where costs are a fraction of what they are in Canada. It is a matter of deciding just what ties to home you really have to
