- Fort Hills is ALMOST at their NAMEPLATE CAPACITY of 193,000 bbls/d BOP - they produced 186,000 bbls/d BOP in Q4/2023 - they did a MAJOR REWORKING/REDESIGNING OF THEIR 42 YEAR mining plan z173
