halfcentman, in my opinion you are not in a position to know if SUE is the owner of the property or not. To my understanding exactly this point is subject to certain court actions. If SUE's attorney would work on a pro bono base this would be an indication that SUE has a stronger position one might think. But I don't know yet if SUEs attorneys will accept a pro bono payment. On the other hand do you really think that PK hasn't forseen this move by SUE? This would have been quite naive in my opinion and I'm convinced that Peggy wouldn't risk the whole company for this relatively small deposit. As far as I have studied the case yet - and I talked to an experienced laywer who is a friend of mine - everything is possible although he tended to say that the seller is in a stronger position than the proposed buyer (and he doesn't even know both companies and I didn't tell where I have my stake in). Beside that it is a different thing for SUE to ever get a mining permit in Peru. Art
