Initial Position
Initial PositionJust started up my first small position in this company today. Will continue to rebalance my port when adventageous to do so to accumulate at these levels.
Really impressed by what AAB had to say about SUE on their quarterly conference call. They have a 22 million dollar investment in SUE, 5 times larger then any other of their holdings. Their words where " we are extremely comfortable holding such a large position in SUE". They have the inside track on operations, I see good things around the corner and will hold while they hold.
Capex of 89 million to produce 150,000 oz/year not to shabby. Also, based on the potential number of resources that they have in the ground (at 1 million already just on the one target, and open in all directions) I wouldnt be supprised to see the feasabilty study come back wtih a 200,000 oz/year + recommendation.
This bad boy is defientiyl a take out candiate once they can prove up resources at the end of this years massive drilling program.
