Just relax. I am still holding all of my position, and will continue to hold. All the gold stocks are getting hammered...on what I believe to be anticipation of the pullback in gold when the US debt ceiling is raised.

When buying these companies you need to do DD and determine what you feel the company is worth. Institutions say it is worth 3.25- 4.25$ share...at gold that is worth 900$/oz!!

Based on conservative industry standards, their gold in the ground, is worth 100-150$/oz minimum(in a buyout, which AAB believes will happend, and they share board chairmens, we could get 200-250$/oz). With 3.5 milllion ounces in the ground, to date, we are worth minimum 350 million to 525 million. Thats a very conservative minimum!!! This doesn't consider, the potential of the property, in that with the 50 m extention of the 100m oxide depth (50% increase) (as per last drill results) we can easily assuming they have 4.25 million ounces in the ground. And this is the central corridor alone. Then you have to look at north, and south extensions (which are potentailly 100% of current strike length) and e and west corridors(add maybe another 50-100%). We are looking at deposit, easily in excess of 5-6 million ounces, maybe as high as 8-10 million(this is obviously educated speculation so please take it as such).

So if you are a long term investor, and you believe gold and the market will stay constant (or move up)...this stock will be worth much more then its present value.

If you need to flip this to make a buck tomorrow no promisses. I peresonally believe by december 31st we will test 52 week highs.
