expiry of warrants???

What effect could the accelerated expiry of warrants have on the stock short and long terms?

Short term:IMO, there will be some short term selling pressure from warrant holders taking profits, but this will be temporary.  But not sure if it will happen here (temporary downward pressure).  The stock is building momentum right now and if they exercise warrants and keep the shares than the price may hold. Would you sell Sulliden shares at this stage of the game? I wouldn't.Long ...more

In my humble opinion, it is an immediate 15% increase in shares outstanding assuming the warrants are all exercised, which is unfortunate as it does dilute things for us.  However, you could look at it as the cost of doing business.  Presumably the warrants were needed as a sweetener  when the original shares were sold, and I would rather being on the side of having them exercised ...more

Thank you guys for your thoughts on that!I'm not selling, keeping in mind that Wellington has raised the target from 3.15$ to 3.90$ recently.
