RE:Why all the Panic for a measly $20 MILLION???We did debate the timing and size of the bought deal ad nauseam in the hours/days after it was announced and increased. So there's nothing new here to cause any concern.
But today's update regarding the Final Prospectus Receipt, is both good and bad IMO.
Good in the sense that it confirms my expecatation that there is so much interest so the option for additional units was exercised. Bad in the sense that the close is delayed another week, which means continued quiet period with low volume, and possibly sideways, trading. Let's see if the floor we saw all day is there tomorrow.
