That's a stretch, Bio, suggesting Evotec was waiting with bated breath for the SP to hit $1.57 before signing. The SP hit $1.57 on Friday, May 13 (three business days ago). Ha ha. Give Evotec some credit. They're not the demure, blushing brides you're making them out to be. This deal was settled well before that.
