So what exactly has LifeSci done for us? The presntation slides looked as amateur as ever. The news release was botched by not being released in Germany at their market open yet Evotec released theirs. No writeups in any real news outlets.

Why would the market pay more? It's basically a PP, do you see the price ever skyrocket after a PP? NOPE. Can't wait till the next news release to dump more shares into.  Rinse and Repeat!

Could not agree more MS. With all the rumors swirling for months, the expectations were for a deal that would put SVA on the map. Based on the response in the market it did, but only to map quest which nobody uses anymore. If we had been on the NASDQ we would likely have blown past 2 or 3 bucks.

It is a disappointing initial reaction but with lack of PR and tough market conditions its not that surprising.    Bottom line with this validation derisking it we should rerate to 1B US.  Market is inefficient and its not going to happen all at once but more institutional buying should step in.  Be nice to see this followed by a TSX uplist.

I didn't say the entire news release, I said the DILUTION part was essentially a PP. Something I saw coming weeks and weeks ago.  Yes can agree that 1.40 SHOULD be behind us but 1.60 will likely be the new 1.40. I bet the stock was shorted this morning to snuff out the run with warrants used as insurance. It'll keep happening anytime we go over 1.70. Might as well keep the stock

Bids at 1.43 and droppping! Now that the deal is done, it doesn't need to be range bound anymore. Maybe 1.20 is next logical stop? Great way to start a relationship, pump the price by leaking news to 1.57 to get a deal signed and then let er drop to 1.20 after the funds are received. They're gonna be even happier when they are forced to purchase shares at $2.50 at the end of August. I feel like this point is being glossed over. That's a 63% premium to what they bought at $1.57. I don't understand why that cold hard valuation isn't being reflected in the share price.

Well I'd like to understand so where does it go into detail about the terms of these unconditional warrants that are to be bought before or on August 31st 2022 at a price of $2.50? Explain to me what I am missing here? How can they make a claim that Evotec is investing 20 million euros, (15 million at $1.57 sp and 5 million at $2.50) if these warrants were optional and can expire?
