RE:Stock chartRetailers who have been in for a long time are holding because they have no choice due to lack of bids. Retailers who bought higher are holding because they haven't made money. New retailers and institutions are not buying because they don't know about the stock or the story. Who's fault is that? I'll let you figure that one out. All this keeps the stock stable. I don't think there is much else to say about it. You can analyze the charts all you want but when 100k shares trade out of 300 million +, it's meaningless.
