A bit of smoke and mirrors? Dr. T gets to keep control until a new CEO is found (2024?) Frank Holler hasn't said boo in years, so makes an excellent figurehead up on the "new" SVA mantel. BOD avoids possibility of being dumped at next AGM and off we go...with Phil still leading the charge until the money runs out. I don't see the big instituional buyers rushing in now that Phil is gone... or not gone.
