Shorting and kiting of shares to avoid reporting , forcing share price down to cover by participating in a financing , no recourse by IIROC or regulators. All brokerages lending out your shares without your permission for double digit interest .... in US SEC will give you serious penalties or jail time . The Canadian markets have lost all their integrity to such an extent , the very same banks and brokerages that allow for Market Makers to be exempt for shorting and reporting , now have no interest from investors . Companies are being delisted at a such a huge rate and are so undervalued that the fabric of ingenuity, building small companies and the economy itself are in peril. No wonder why most Canadian Biotech companies lost directly on the Nasdaq and avoid Canafdian exchanges . Look at all the share price manipulation of Sernova for example.
