Common Sense should prevail

I hope Shareholders will use common sense when voting this year.  The timing and price
of The Bot Deal was ridiculous.  The BofD have to accept responsibility.  We should all
vote against Items 3 & 4.  If the BofD make things happen over the next 12 months,  I will
reconsider next year.  We are still waiting to read Analyst Report from Cannacord.  Doubt
we will ever see it.

Time to get a new Chairman, one who has lots of his own money invested in SVA and
is anxious to get the company moving faster.  The days of The Old Boys Club is over.

Well for thyroid they completed preclinical work and are working on the regulatory package, they also have established their clinical investigator. All of this has been communicated through their video presentations

The same thing has been said on the videos for months. I urge you to ask them specifically what work has been completed on the regulatory package. Ask for a date when they think the package will be ready for submission. They still haven't found out if they can be fast tracked or not. Phil is too busy taking calls from ticked off investors to get anything done. They should spend less time

This BOD is an utter failure when it comes to looking out for shareholders and the best interest of the company. Every year they do excel at taking care of their DSU and option plans. This situation is intolerable given the fact they have completely ignored insider trading rumors every time they did a placement. Moneymouth , This directed at all the shareholders that have been here for the past 8 years .  Matthews is the Ir guy being paid by Sva . He was responsible for all the poor financings in the past . He brought in his biddy Frank Hollar. A few years ago , investors were so mad that they quietly hid him in the back  ground .   He is getting paid and is apparently a consultant ....

Look at the company history. They have been advancing their diabetes program on a shoestring couple of million dollars a year for years. Funny how they have the best human data in the field and have advanced two other therapeutic programs. With the bought deal the company now has the funds to better compete with their American peers. They are hiring more staff to advance their programs faster and
