Make us an offer. We may even take shares over cash. Our only request is that on day one you dump these useless slags that call themselves management. No reasonable offer would be refused. Sincerely, The fed up shareholders of Sernova ( The least bit of buying and the sellers show up like sailors at a brothel after months at sea.)

Well BioTek and metals guy I can only say that I have been taking advantage of the rush for the exit of a number of people who invested at the 10, 20, and 30 cents who are happy with the small profits to be made at this time. I also admit I too sold some at the higher than $1.50 cents range a while ago; but I took advantage of recent opportunities to replace those shares at todays low prices and ...more

quest13 what are you the Forest Gump of investing. While I agree with BioTek in that I would vote yes inan offer 1.70. My preference would be a share deal. Evotec is a management team I could get behind. Only an idiot would see nothing but big jumps in share price under current management. MetalsGuy1, I certainly agree with you that if there is a deal for a buyout accepted by management and major shareholders then I would really like it to be a share deal. Of course I feel that it is worth a lot more than $1.70 and would not want to sell at such a low price. If I am forced to sell out to an acquiring company via a share deal I could benefit from the tax treatment so that I was not ...more

quest... I too think k that $1.70 is way below value but when I look at the 3 year chart, I see an unmitigated disaster. I don't usually give much weight to charts and TA on their own but I can't recall ever having watched a stock on such a long term downward trend when the fundamentals held such tremendous upside.
