Well BioTek and metals guy I can only say that I have been taking advantage of the rush for the exit of a number of people who invested at the 10, 20, and 30 cents who are happy with the small profits to be made at this time. I also admit I too sold some at the higher than $1.50 cents range a while ago; but I took advantage of recent opportunities to replace those shares at todays low prices and

MetalsGuy1, I certainly agree with you that if there is a deal for a buyout accepted by management and major shareholders then I would really like it to be a share deal. Of course I feel that it is worth a lot more than $1.70 and would not want to sell at such a low price. If I am forced to sell out to an acquiring company via a share deal I could benefit from the tax treatment so that I was not

quest... I too think k that $1.70 is way below value but when I look at the 3 year chart, I see an unmitigated disaster. I don't usually give much weight to charts and TA on their own but I can't recall ever having watched a stock on such a long term downward trend when the fundamentals held such tremendous upside. Yes the markets have been bad but THAT is precisely when investors look for
