After so many years, SVA has now reached a level where a buyout will likely happen within the next few years..

No, I don't have any inside info, but owning this for so soooooooo long, you can see the writing on the wall.

SVA shares were in the 80s before rumours of this announcement pushed it over a buck. Now that news is out people are selling.  Buy on rumour sell on news.  I'm not worried.
