The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

WASHINGTON -- The final battle betweenComcast Corp. and outgoing Federal Communications Commission ChairmanKevin Martin escalated Tuesday, when the cable giant sought to blockthe agency's Christmas Eve decision to take back control of a disputeabout cable programming.

At issue are complaints by severalindependent programmers, including the NFL Network, WealthTV and theMid-Atlantic Sports Network, that their channels have been unfairlytreated by some cable operators. Comcast was accused by all three ofeither refusing to carry their channels or unfairly placing them on aspecialty tier.
