RE: RE: RE: Rumors: F5 to buy ALLT for 450-500M

RE: RE: RE: Rumors: F5 to buy ALLT for 450-500MIf Allot gets $475MM then Sandvine should be able to command twice as much (double the marketshare).
That won't happen until Sandvine can show they can make money.
Sandvine should be valued at $950MM in this DPI market (if Allot can get $475MM)

There are many companies (IMO) that are looking to control the future DPI market and they will drive up the value of Sandvine shares (eventually).

$950mm/140MM shares should drive the price up to $6.79 per share.

Assuming that never materializes, then, like I have said before, Sandvine does not have 28-30% marketshare.  Then Sandvine is not the clear leader and Allot (and others) may be gaining faster than Sandvine.  I don't expect that to happen though.  The next round of quarterly results will give us a better glimpse of where Sandvine stands.
