Very weak Management & Board

Very weak Management & BoardClearly Dave is NOT the right leader for this company. His skills would be better served as say VP Technology. He just isn't the right fit to lead this company. He has no clue. In addition how many losing no growth quarters will the board allow him to run this company ? The board should show some leadership and shut down the entire Canadian Management team. Leave R&D here in Canada and open up a new management team in the USA. Look at the competition from the USA we don't have a chance. If i am wrong how can you explain the low growth, losses and market cap of the company when the American companies have market caps of 700Mil + with similar sales ?? Do the right thing Dave step down you simply don't have the skills to run a Public Company !!!>
