Re:Halt:Maybe Be Ramping Up a New Float of shares, that just dilutes value of shares you and I own..or a "bought deal," where a "volume" buyer buys SVI at a "specially "reduced price." You never know whether the bright lights in the Boardroom put the extra Schekels n their pockets, or really expand the business.
