RE:Share Pricea number of reasons but i think it because of lots of debt and interest rates rising plus 37 Million new shares y/y.

They need to focus on improving costs and reducing debt, pause the acquistion strategy and increase revenue per unit.  That is business 101. 

I believe that they can do a lot better than what they are doing now. Perhaps a leadership change is needed. 

And finally get rid of the dividend, it is embarrasing.
