RE: Strong uptrend and new high for the year!

RE: Strong uptrend and new high for the year!I agree that September should be interesting. I believe they will handily beat a nickel a share in earnings. They are now generating more cash than they need to sustain operations, so there should be no need for an equity issue. They can slowly start to pay down debt from earnings, IMO. The fact that Digimerge could sign up with the largest distributor of security products in North America speaks volumes for the quality of their products. Will 100 locations showing DigiMerge products, their sales should easily equal if not exceed the sales from the current lines, starting around this Winter. So given that they will get to > $.05/share this quarter, $.25/share earnings for FY '04 would seem like a lock. I believe there are about a quarter million options that expire sometime before the end of this year, hopefully the company is lining up buyers for those shares so they don't depress the stock when they get dumped on the market. Even with the new-found trading in the stock, dumping that many shares at once on the market would decimate the stock.
