finance

financeI believe mgmnt was interested in a financing, if in part, just to get the word out on SVM among institutions. And of course raising some cash while doing so. But they don't need to hurry, just wait and let the share price rise. And they won't need to dilute much. They could raise $35 million with just 5 million shares at $7 a share. Partly depends on timing of the permits as to when it happens, etc...., but there's no rush to finance right now, at least there shouldn't be. And even though institutions always want warrants, SVM could simply say no way, and their stock being so desirable, SVM would probably get their way.
