SXP should offer 43 $ cash for all shares of CCL. That is what can be reasonably offered based on market metrics for CCL and SXP shares.

They may or may not beat 37 cents but that's not the key issue. Paper, envelopes, boxes, these are cyclical areas and pricing will not favour the seller forever. Don't assume that the sellers

Who thinks that Supremex will meet or exceed their consensus EPS of 0.37 on Thursday? Their actual Q3 EPS beat was 0.32 versus a consensus of 0.18.and Q4 has historically been strong.
