RE:RE:RE:Departure of the CFOThere would have been far more reason to be troubled by the CFO departure if he had left, say, a month ago, while the year-end audit was ongoing. Indeed, that would have been a classic bad sign.
As it is, there are all sorts of sensible reasons why he might move on. Many CFOs dream of someday becoming a CEO. Maybe Prenevost got his chance. Maybe he wanted to move his family to a different city and he got an opportunity that fit with that.
Regardless, I would take Emerson's word on this. Sell your shares if you want but, if you do, I'd say you're turning this into a crisis in your mind where there's no reason to believe one exists.
