The boards' decision somewhat disappoints me. 
 
The stock price has been relatively stable, and I liked the idea of share buybacks and debt reduction.
 
For SXP, reinstating the dividend strategy should be used if the stock price moves the opposite of the company's ongoing performance.
 
Also, they should not have reinstated the dividend unless they could pay the same amount as 2019. I do not think 2% dividend will attract any new investors at this moment nor help with their balance sheet.
