RE:RE:PenderFundI believe Barr looks for companies he believes are takeout candidates and he's been successful in his past efforts in this regard, so Meph has some good company in suspecting the endgame will be a the sale of the company...?

Not sure if CSU would be interested as SYZ may not be big enough to move the earnings needle much given CSU's enormous size today. Perhaps the smaller ENGH would be interested, or some US or international tech sector company or private equity entity.....?
