Anyway, if this delay is due to precision data (which I don't believe it is), why would that HC company engage in talks with SZLS in the first place? This is something that they must know right off the bat and not at the end of the negotiations. Unless I'm missing something, that theory doesn't make much sense.
I still think it's legal stuff causing our headaches and their. But this is just my opinion.
