The artcle refers to CTV not CBC. Ever heard of CERB? People with actual jobs who are laid off immediately qualify. A family of four with 2 parents laid off, have access immediately to $1000 per week. Those test "prices" are standard industry wide , to that end it is obvious you have done zero DD and called your broker to borrow shares. How small time do you need to be a short on a penny stock that may have historically delivered some hundreds per day but is in an obvious state of transition? Your call.
