WarrantsIve never bought warrants before.
Does it work that you can buy and sell them like it is a normal stock plus if the main stock price gets above a certain value then you can "trade" in warrants for the real shares and by trade I mean buy.
So if you buy 200,000 warrants of Stage today and a year from now the stock is at 40 cents you can buy 200,000 shares but back for the set price of like 9 cents? Is that how it works or am I over simplifying it?
If I am correct can this all be done on ones normal trading account? I assume you would have to call into the broker when it comes time to "cash in your warrants"?
