RE:An excerpt Yep, I don't know where all these fantastical theories about buy outs and stuff are coming from. Tripp literally spelled it out in the press release:
-big developments/milestones coming down the pipe
-a step towards future listing with Nasdaq or other exchange
-reduce downward pressure and manipulation of the stock
I might have preferred they wait for a while because I think it could have had a bigger run % wise on good news, Tripps's reasoning makes sense to me, and I take his words at face value.
