RE:RE:SZLS.WSThere had been a discussion about this Warrant and I think it needs to be cleared up before they are available to be purchased on the Market. Personally I'm also a little confused as to how it works when they are offered as "half warrant". Are they sold in the Market as "half warrants" or "whole warrants" ? So if a seller has 10,000 half warrants to sell, which in turn can be converted into 5000 Common Shares @ $1.10.......So, as a Buyer, are you buying half warrants? If such is the case, when you see a price of say 12 cents, it really means a full warrant is costing you 24 cents?
Look forward to someone knowledgeable about this clarifying the situation.
Each Unit will be offered at a price of $0 .78 per Unit (the " Offering Price ") and will be comprised of one common share of the Company (a " Common Share ") and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (a " Warrant "). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at an exercise price of $1 .10 for a period of 36 months
