I am going to spend my morning on a very long and detailed write up on where SZLS Stands in regards to their current Covid business operations and their future Aristotle progress timeline.
I am doing this as I feel we are all in need to take a step back and re evaluate our expectations in the current environment.
First off,
I pulled this info from their recent prospectus. which was offered as the information used to garner a 7.5 million dollar investment from institutional investors.
During the first six weeks of COVID-19 testing, StageZero performed approximately 5,000 COVID-19 Tests. To the end of October, StageZero had performed approximately 13,000 COVID-19 Tests. The initial orders StageZero entered into for COVID-19 testing was with five (5) client groups; it is now performing tests for approximately fifty (50) client groups and adding more. New groups are being added on an ongoing basis. StageZero anticipates increasing demand for testing over the next several months and through the winter as planned COVID-19 testing commences according to the timetables set by these client groups. The projected growth in COVID-19 testing is occurring and is on pace with StageZero’s expectations with significant growth anticipated on a quarter over quarter basis in order to meet the projected revenue. 15 Testing revenue is therefore expected to show significant increases over consecutive quarters for the next three (3) to four (4) quarters.
So with that, I have now moved onto their news releases.
to the people here complaining about SZLS not being transparent, from what i see in q4 they have released 11 news releases, financial reports, and another prospectus literally guiding us through step by step progress in their operations.
If you read through the prospectus, we are literally following it step by step to a tee.

Operational Highlights
- Revenue increase of more than four times all of 2019.
- $1.5 million cash received significantly exceeds projected operating costs of $900,000 per quarter.
- Partnered with more than 50 groups on testing (Q2: 5 groups).
- Momentum in testing is continuing into Q4.
- Announced preferred lab status for the Government of Barbados for COVID-19 testing to begin to safely allow tourist air travel to commence.
- Partnered with Ichor Blood Services to process tests for players in the IIHF World Junior Championships.
- Introduced at home collection for PCR testing using saliva and monitored via telehealth.
- Introduced a respiratory panel (Cost of $725).
- Expanding laboratory footprint and automation in preparation for Aristotle introduction.
("StageZero" or the "Company") announced today that it has initiated COVID-19 testing for travel to China with its partners in Canada.
China requires both PCR and IgM testing 72 hours prior to travel into the country. The testing is currently offered in Calgary and will be expanding into Ontario and British Columbia. This is the most recent significant travel related initiative that the Company has partnered on. The first was a large global travel group, subsequent partnerships include the Government of Barbados (announced November 13, 2020) and the state of Hawaii.
Further Developments
In addition to new partnerships, the Company is pleased to announce an extension and expansion of testing services to the County in Arizona that it has been servicing since early in 2020. Due to the surge in COVID-19 cases, the county is increasing both testing sites and access to testing. Further, testing has been extended to the judicial department and jurors. StageZero will be providing these services into 2021.

With all that being said,
We are entering the final stretch of the year and Q4
Covid is ramping up and we are at all time highs of testing and confirmed cases, as north americans seem to not be able to stay away from each other.
with 50+ clients, including some MAJOR names, we can confirm that we are pulling in millions of dollars a month for the time being.
Wether its 2, 6 12, 24 months, we can be sure that our bank accounts are fully loaded, our lab is fully loaded, our staff has doubled, and most importantly our revenue/profit will continue to grow exponentially for the time being.
Stage zero wins the Covid testing business model award in my opinion, as we knocked that sh*t out of the park.
Now, as we continue to make our millions, and grow our client / partner relationships, we are now moving onto our main focus.
ARISOTLE Confirmed in yesterdays CC
Aristotle is FULLY FUNDED and WILL be released in Q1 2021
3 weeks to the end of march is our timeline now.
We have all waited so long for this moment. and now its here.
As stated in the CC, SZLS is already gaining interest in Aristotle from some of the 50+ clients we are currently testing for covid.
They are also getting situated with cancer clincs and physicians as well.
This bodes Great news. as I am sure SZLS wants to come out of the gate sprinting as to gain as much momentum as they can.
We are at a point where we can only speculate as to how much revenue they are going to bring in at first with Aristotle but i am going to give a quick little breakdown of how quick it can ramp up.
Now, we do not know the pricing of this test, but seeing as how the tests they are currently providing range in the $300-$750 range, I am going to give a very conservative price at $1000 for a test that can detect 10 cancers with near 100% accuracy, including one (Colon Cancer) where i will not have to have a camera inserted into my butthole.#talkaboutvalue

I ended at 100 tests per day as that seems like a great milestone to hit one day.
So, moral of the story here is.
While everyone here is once again scared of having to wait another 3 months for Aristotle.
SZLS is bringing in Millions upon Millions of dollars.

And to top it all off are about to launch a life changing technology in which is going to change the game and hows its played.
I am sleeping well even as i see the weak hands sell their shares and the SP declining.
As i bought at lower prices then these, i am still in the green.
I hold long and strong as i know in order to land a 100 bagger, these are the times you can not get scared and sell.
