If you listened to the conference call, (links available on the website) you'd know that there was a "glitch" while trying to submit the financials.
I don't know what caused it, but they're expecting they'll be out later today.
However, Tripp said he's very pleased, and even "excited" by the results!
And growth from here looks astronomical, especially with the advent of their "Avert" system.

I dont think they can legally wait until tuesday now and the fact they havent released them yet and are waiting until market closes is messed up and not a good sign.

Part of me wishes they could wait until tuesday and this is a way for Tripp to shake the basher tree that is this board and others cause we all know the company sees what is posted here. That would be a bad sign by a ceo to mess with his company just to get back at some scumbags on the internet though.

I dont know how anyone can view the financials not being released yet as a good sign. This is bad.

They were shut down for half of dec werent they for xmas break? Like most companies I bet they didnt come right back after xmas to full force in the lab either. They might have equivalent to a months time of Q4 lost productivity. Thats why him saying they are happy with the results and in their opinion are very good are because for an essentially 2 month quarter they were but the market wont view it that way.
