How about offering discounts to first responders in those areas. Imagine a partnership with LA and Toronto firefighters. How about offer free testing to a sample size of first responders or offer to private clinics. First 25 tests free. Or a 2 for 1 with husband or wife free with a paid test. The advertising and goodwill would be huge. Create a buzz in the industry. You could easily leverage these locations for so many others to take notice.
Not time for a full blown marketing campaign but so much they could do in these areas that large employers, cities, clinics etc would be waiting to sign on once the infrastructure/blood draw/case managers are in place.
