In any case or scenario is basically signifys that Tripp does nothing but lie to investors. Not filing so the stock would be halted because he knew the results were complete garbage yet he was telling us how they were going to be net zero or profitable is a bold face lie plain and simple.
The only way that lie could be forgiven is if financials were out of the park after all of this and we all know they wont be.
It is clear he has lied and will continue to lie as long as possible to keep his job and his over inflated paycheck.
