Hot off the press with IR...

Can you please comment on the following perception of the CEO and if he is aware of this. Do you know if he will be taking questions on the next quarterly call? 

 

"Regardless of the voting we need stronger communication, not just news releases but the CEO should address question at the quarterly investor calls as this creates trust not direct to IR".

Thank you for your email. If the quote is from Stockhouse, Mr. Howard-Tripp to my knowledge does not read the site.

 

I do anticipate a Q&A session at the upcoming quarterly call.  As for directing questions to IR, that is part of the function of investor relations.  Many companies use IR in this manner. Similarly, many companies direct financial queries to the CFO.  If shareholders want to see the Company flourish and grow they need to stop thinking that it is a corner store that they can look inside every day.

Look, I'm sure you are very good at your job and very busy fielding unimportant questions such as mine.    Perhaps though, there wouldn't be a feeling of needing to window shop at the local

Well I love that response.  In other words we are busy so put on your big girl panties or leave.  The company issues at 54 page prospectus outlining the next 3-6 months.  Receives $4 million in funding.  Posts for a dozen new jobs and people are bashing the CEO and want a daily update on tests.  Like for real, if I was the CEO I wouldn't answer nor care what they think

Here is your update.  Tests are below our capacity but rather than issue ourselves shares or take a higher bonus we decided to hire 12 more staff with some on a 2nd 40 hour shift cause its fun to hire and train and we needed more friends.

Little bit of reading between the lines has to occur. In my opinion seeing this 2nd round of hiring follows the prospectus to a tee and I anticipate seeing 1000 to 3000 tests a day come September....if not close to it already.

I'm not expecting very high numbers regarding testing for June and if we see or told in three weeks that the numbers are ramping up consistantly then I'm fine with that. GL

This makes sense to me, if all this money is/was coming in from testing why would we need to go to the market to secure money for hiring........ hopefully some answers in the release.

If it wasn't enough for me I wouldn't be here, I assume we are all here to make money. We need PR on the positive things we are doing to make the SP move here. That is all I am saying.
