Can someone explain what szlswt.to is? Yes newbie, which is why im asking

Szls.wt = warrants. Use 8 of these to buy one stock of szls at 0.72 per share. Warrants have no voting rights and expire after 3 years maybe 2 and half now. All warrants have expiry dates. Our just so happen to be three years in the future. They automatically have time value built into them. Most people will not excersice their warrants but will trade them. They are perks given to the private

Forgot to add that Everytime you convert your warrants new stock appears and dilutes the float. But also the company receives a valuable cash injection. Not to worry there are only about 60 million wt warrants out there so an extra 8 million shares down the road. Maybe 10% of the float. I can't remember the exact number atm

Thanks Invrs.... so if I bought warrants at .075 then 8 of them for 1 share = .60 + .72 (1.32) laid out? Regardless of current actual SP?

Yes, the warrants will generally be cashed in when they are in the money. For some that will be at a lower stock price. And for your example thst will be when the stock hits 1.32. So it's another way of hedging your bets. Some days it's better to buy warrants, depends on the action. But 3 years is a long time and judging by the time frame, Aristotle will be in full tilt then. Super Buy.....easy 30% ROI in next couple months ( very conservative figure)...realistically i see it double within 3-6 months....buy more today at 7 cents...that top's me off at 1 million warrants...when the company is rolling with Aristotle i will cash in half the warrrants(approx) into stock....good luck with your investments !!
