It wasn't that bad when there was the tick test rule but regulators in 2012 abolished it. Goes to show how corrupted the system that controls the stock market has become. I am not surprised that StageZero and their shareholder could be victims of corrupt shorting practices. I am sure that StageZero would have a stock price much higher and not fallen as bad if were not for corrupt short selling
