that financials are showing improvement? I cant see this PR being significant enough to cause a spike in volume and SP...Did anyone get their info for the June 28th meeting and what we are voting on?

yep. hard to argue with that. it's a big reason why the SP is so low. No investor confidence.. hopefully that changes soon

Well, if he does finally deliver positive results, it will be a first. Market Cap of this company seems extremely cheap at $12 Million. Considering every thing they have implemented and revenue generating, we need to see some real positive progress. Hard to believe today's SP is way below the recent financings. Would be nice if we can start to see the SP going back up ! It's now come down

Market Cap in this segment should be 6-10 x annual revenues once company shows continued growth.

With real and good numbers the share price can go above $1 after fews days

and those 5.7 million warrants that got extended are 8 months from expiring. with approx half of them exercisable at $1.48. hopefully things get interesting in the next couple quarters
