Thank you for your email.  Yes StageZero is still a going concern.

 

Operationally we are close to break even however, the Company is carrying a large aged AP load.

 

I agree that disclosure is a good thing.

What does this mean? Large AP load?  So they dont pay their bills thats how I take it which is confirmed with the cant pay auditors story. So if you dont pay your bills how can you say you are close to break even? If I dont pay my mortgage can I say its paid off?

Yeah but they have $646 Million in revenue Dec 2023 (quick google search) I assume thats for end of year, well heck for whatever it is if thats for the entire year. How do you compare that to a revenue of what maybe $3M for stagezero? Just how big of a backlog could stagezero possibly have?
