isn't about to fill us in. The barge route doesn't provide relief, as the river blockaids go hand in hand with the pipeline protests.Seems the CEO paints too rousy of a picture about the protestors. Doesn't make him a bad guy, just the way it is. I applaud the companies efforts to give the 2.5% royalty, my concern here is I wonder how centralized the protestors are. As in, their are likely several groups of protestors/ troublemakers and so an agreement with some of the parties, may not effect the actions of others.

True, there are many aspects to the social dynamics in the indigenous community and I think Manolo does his best with a situation that seems to change day to day.
