Home ownership is much higher now than a year ago given rates. The demo of 35-44 which rents single-family homes will double its population growth over the next 5 years vs. the rest of the population (in the U.S.). Tricon, which holds single-family homes, also benefits because is operates in the US sunbelt to where people are migrating (Dallas, Houston, Phoenix). TCN trades at a 40% discount to NAV, so it's a great opportunity now. High growth, and lease growth of 8-10%.

Stock is a bargain on all metrics. Just the other day an article in WSJ said the single fmaily home rental market is very strong and Tricon was mentoned as one of the main players in the space.  This stock will have nice apprecation in 2023. Either  it wil get bought out or rise on fundamnetals. I see 50% upside here easily.
