RE:RE:RE:Keane Deal..?My thoughts exactly. If people are buying at $1.60, (2,1million shares traded today) in anticipation of the deal, it's because there is upside to be made. Price spiked to $1.35, that is all shares were taken out, immediately following news Trican was entering into the deal with Keane.
But this price would also account for some risk if the deal did not go thru. It accounts for the penalties Keane has should they pull out etc etc etc.
When it closes of course that risk is no longer there and price will go up accordingly. All things the same... Oil unchanged, no other developments within company or geo/political globally; the share price should go up following completion of deal as all short term risks are mitigated/removed.
Thats my thoughts anyhow. Unless the market price was considering there to be no risk in such occurences.
