Trican Reported at 12:22 on August 20th the closing of their deal regarding Russian assets. Interestingly enough they announced the agreement of this deal on August 14th only 6 days earlier. 

For some reason or another Keane deal requires 49 days to close or 8 times as long. Are there really 8 times as many assets or regulations in play that it requires such a time span?

Should the announcement take place today within next 30minutes as the August 20th announcement did at 12:22 dont expect a halt or anything as neither did the previous August 20th announcement.

Just my insight based on past.
