Unfortunately TD has had the ceo around too long that any viable inhouse replacements have left for greener pastures and the lileihood of viable replacements from in house now seem impossible. Nothing short of a final ruling by the SEC that produces a less than 2B$ fine and no oversight or limits on growth will keep this stock rangebound. Any bank that has exceeded EPS consencus numbers yet has fallen in price means most of the smart money has left and a once mighty Canadian powerhouse has become a lame duck.

Agreed in full , if this clown who profited by receiving performance bonuses for him and other HO cronies from illicit transactions is a joke and a drag on real TD shareholders.A man with any integrity would have resigned immediately but not our profiteering scoundrel. Boy you sound like my Dad. This is quite damaging but i hope you realize that in 2021 TDs net profit was 11 billion dollars. Lets say it takes the 2 billion hit that is less than 20 percent of its 2021 net. With the way the bank has grown i suspect it is probably over 11 billion net but given i dont know conservatively we take it at that. Now if what you said is true despite what is going on why

Agree Noble, this smell will hang around for years and poor oversight and luxurious rewards do not go hand  in hand. What makes this even more egregious are the " impressive " list of accomplishments at TD on the banks website  Bharat Masrani Group President and Chief Executive Officer TD Bank Group Bharat Masrani was appointed Group President and Chief Executive

If you want perspective, the Canadian bank index share value is up 8% versus TD -7% over the past year. That's the only perspectiveca shareholder cares about.

Being corrected is not new, have been married for 50 years! The market has already made thier decision about noise versus reality and reality has won .
