A bunch of criminals profiting by colluding with organized crime IE Cartels to pad profits , fees and their I'll gotten bonuses , but no one held accountable in that cesspool they call Head Office . What do you expect when our CEO comes from a society that thrives on , shall we say , nefarious activities while pleading innocence. Unfortunately this ridiculous BOD will protect him , when prison should be his fate as their heads are on the block as well as their continued presence on other boards where they receive very lucrative money for dereliction of duty .
