I wonder if the TD bank will pursue legal action against the ex-employees/employees that made their claims against the bank ? I'm sure the TD bank has policies in place to tell employees NOT to undertake  activity that would be a breach of rules/regulations.Wouldn't surprise me if they did not have every employee have reminders,at least, annually of what those bank policies are......
